These Terms govern your use of the Go-Go: Friends & Games app and website (the "Service") provided by GoGo Team. By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One person — one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
- You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth.
2. What Go-Go is
Go-Go is a platform to find teammates for video games. We do not organize games, do not guarantee that you will find a teammate, and are not responsible for the behavior of other users outside the Service. Meet only online unless you know the person well, and follow the Safety tips.
3. Your content
You are responsible for search cards, messages and profile information you post. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and process it to operate the Service (including automated moderation).
4. Prohibited behavior
You must not: harass, threaten or insult others; post sexual content or anything involving minors; spam, advertise or post links to external services; sell accounts, boosting or in-game currency; impersonate others; collect other users' data; use bots, scripts or automated requests; try to bypass limits or security; break the law. See the Community Guidelines.
Contact details in public text are not allowed: search cards, responses and profiles are seen by everyone, and a username there is a broadcast rather than an exchange with one chosen person. In a one-to-one chat you may share usernames and phone numbers freely — agreeing where to play is what the Service is for. Links in a chat are available with a subscription, and they are not allowed in public text at all. This is an anti-fraud measure: a link is the mechanism that moves people to an outside app, where we can neither check the other person nor help you, while a username is typed by hand and gives you a moment to think.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every search card, profile and chat has a Report and Block option. We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and accounts.
5. Subscriptions
Go-Go is free to use. Optional paid plans (Plus, Pro, Legend) unlock additional features and higher limits, as described in the app at the moment of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. EU consumers retain statutory rights where applicable.
- We may change plan features or prices; price changes apply from the next billing period after notice by the store.
6. Automated moderation
Search cards, profiles and chat messages may be checked automatically for spam, scams and prohibited content. Automated checks only flag content for our moderators; decisions to remove content or block accounts are reviewed by people.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms, the Guidelines or the law, or that put other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app. Paid periods already started are not refunded by us for accounts blocked for violations, except where required by law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits, or for actions of other users.
We are not responsible for third-party resources. If, against these Terms, you follow a link received through the Service or continue a conversation in another app, whatever happens there is outside our control: we do not vet such resources, do not moderate conversations outside the Service, and do not compensate losses arising from them. We reserve the right to restrict or block an account for any breach of these Terms, the Community Guidelines or the law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in the app about material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Apple App Store
These minimum terms apply to copies of the app obtained through the App Store and exist because Apple requires them of any developer who supplies its own terms of use.
- This agreement is between you and GoGo Team only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- GoGo Team, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the app: product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- GoGo Team, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
