Delete your Go-Go: Friends & Games account

In the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap Settings (gear icon).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your profile and search card are hidden immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

Without the app

Email support@gogoteam.live from the email linked to your account (or include the phone number used to sign in) with the subject "Delete account". We process requests within 7 days.

What happens to your data

• All data (profile, search cards, responses, messages, reports you sent) is permanently erased 30 days after deletion. If you sign in during these 30 days, your account is restored.
• Records required by law (for example, purchase records) are kept for the period required by law.
• Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in App Store / Google Play settings.
